Terms of Service
By using ByteFoundry services you agree to our Terms of Service. These terms govern access, project delivery, intellectual property, payment, and termination.
- Service scope: we provide video editing, post-production, effects, and related consultancy as described in statements of work.
- Payment & invoicing: fees are due according to the agreed invoice schedule. Late payments may incur interest.
- Deliverables: final deliverables are delivered after approval cycles; additional revision rounds may be charged.
Personal Data & PDPA (Singapore)
We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This covers collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal data you provide.
- Lawful basis: we collect data necessary to provide services, communicate, and comply with legal obligations.
- Retention: personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose or to meet legal requirements.
- Access & correction: contact our Data Protection Officer to request access or correction of your personal data.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Singapore.
- Governing law: laws of the Republic of Singapore.
- Arbitration: disputes referred to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules.
- Emergency relief: either party may seek urgent interlocutory relief from Singapore courts.
Intellectual Property
Ownership of creative assets is addressed in project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, ByteFoundry retains rights to underlying tools and pre-existing materials; clients receive licensed rights to final deliverables upon full payment.
